Destination USA: Gallery 2

I fell in love with the rusty, old Texas farm truck, its flat tires grounding it and its design of rounded body panels anchoring it to a past era.

Inspired by the Texas flag,in Welcome I combined the rubbings from various number plates and a print from a metal disc.

Fiesta de los Muertos, such a colourful, festive celebration of our ancestors captured my imagination. It is not a day celebrated in Australia.

Inspired by the studio door mat, I printed it and the repeat provides a beautiful decorative design in Roundel.
